After your application is approved and payment is received, your directory listing goes live within 24-48 hours. You can complete your full listing (photos, description, hours) at any time.

Yes. Members can submit listing updates at any time through our self-service form. Changes are reviewed and published within 24 hours.

You'll receive a reminder 30 days before renewal. If your membership lapses, there's a 30-day grace period where your listing stays active. After 60 days, the listing is paused until renewal.

Yes. We offer featured directory placements, Maine Lakes Magazine advertisements, sponsored event listings, Chamber Chatter newsletter ads, and town page promotions. Contact us for rates.

Absolutely. We offer discounted rates for 501(c) nonprofit organizations. Nonprofit members receive all the same benefits as business members.

We accept credit/debit cards through Stripe, as well as checks and wire transfers. You'll receive a payment link after your application is approved.
